Delete your account

You can delete your InvoCore account yourself in the app at any time, or request deletion by e-mail. The app is provided by the InvoCore platform (invocore.eu).

Delete in the app

  1. Sign in to the InvoCore app.
  2. Open the “More” tab.
  3. Tap “Delete account” and enter your password.
  4. Confirm the deletion. You are signed out immediately.

Request by e-mail

Without access to the app, please write from your account's e-mail address to datenschutz@invocore.eu

We confirm the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Name, e-mail address, phone number and password are removed or anonymized immediately.
  • All sign-ins (sessions, two-factor settings) are ended.
  • If you are the only administrator, the organization is closed and all members lose access.

What is kept

  • Invoices, accounting records and the audit log must be kept for up to 10 years under German tax law (§ 147 AO, GoBD) – without a link to your login data.
  • Once the legal retention period ends, this data is deleted as well.
